We designed and built a central dashboard to track rolling 24-hour incidents using big data from social media channels. The platform enables actionable insights from real-time data streams, helping Barclays detect and respond to fraud faster.
The Problem
Barclays needed to reduce the time taken to action fraud by making data-driven decisions. Their existing setup had several critical challenges:
